Warm, Wrap Around Care:

A wrap around model refers to a collaborative, team-based approach to treatment. We often experience the greatest success when each individual in the relationship is engaging in their own individual therapy prior to or perhaps in conjunction with couples/relationship therapy. Having the individual and couple’s therapists on the same team allows us to regularly consult with one another and be on the same page regarding treatment plans and goals. This also allows us to get clearer picture of relationship dynamics and take into consideration each partner’s experiences and perspectives. *Only information you consent to sharing will be discussed as a part of wrap around care

The Solace Seekers Collective

A community for healing after betrayal

Monthly Support Group Membership

Research shows that having social support following the discovery of betrayal and infidelity can reduce symptoms of post- traumatic stress and help build resilience. However, many betrayed individuals suffer in silence due to fear of judgement, blame, or pressure from people in their life. The loneliness and weight of this secret can be agonizing. The Solace Seekers Collective was created to offer a space where you can interact with other people navigating betrayal, ask questions, share your fear and pain, celebrate your wins, support others and perhaps simply know you aren’t alone.

Live Support Tier

($34 CAD/Month)

Members who choose the enhanced option will have access to everything in the basic membership, as well as three monthly, 90-minute, live Zoom support/discussion groups. These groups may provide a topic of discussion, be Q&A style or simply be open for you to chat about what is on your heart and mind.

*Please note these groups are not group therapy nor are they a replacement for therapy. The goal of this community is to provide a space for betrayed individuals to share their experience, feel a sense of belonging, and decrease the shame associated betrayal. There will be opportunities to ask Lindsay and her team questions and receive some psycho-education on betrayal trauma recovery, but the focus is largely on peers connecting with one another.
